The T85 is a high accuracy load cell widely used in industrial weighing applications worldwide. It has OIML approval (required for legal for trade applications). It can withstand harsh production environments thanks to its fully welded and hermetically sealed design (IP68/IP69K).

It is suitable for a wide range of applications thanks to its OIML approval (Class C3) for up to 3000 sections and ATEX approval for use in hazardous areas where there is a risk of explosion. It is ATEX certified for dust zones 20, 21 and 22, which does not require the use of safety barriers.

Capacities range from 300 kg to 10,000 kg (new capacity is 2,500 kg).

For use on platform scales, the T85 load cell features optimized corner adjustment calibrated in mV/V/Ohm with output current matching at ±0.05%. This minimizes corner correction installation time.
