The T16 single point liquid damped platform load cell is a reliable, simple, high precision and low cost solution for dynamic weighing applications. The internal liquid dampens the vibrations of the sensing element, providing faster settling times, higher weighing speeds and longer load cell life compared to an undamped load cell. It is therefore ideal for high speed checkweighing filling machines.

The internal aluminium sensor is surrounded by a 316 grade stainless steel housing, protected to IP68 when using the supplied breather kit - allowing it to be washed in harsh environments requiring regular cleaning. The maximum operating temperature is a high +70 °C.

The excellent durability of this load cell comes from the integrated centre overload protection with double stops, which provides bi-directional protection against upward and downward overload forces.

The load cell is approved as standard to OIML C4 (4000 sections). The durable, screened polyurethane cable offers a higher level of resistance to chemicals, UV light, cuts and damage than PVC cable.
